  • '' PowerMax" burner, a revolutionary burner that uses as little as 7,800 BTU per baking trays; a very powerful burner permitting the oven to maintain a stable temperature even while products are being constantly loaded and unloaded. It also permits the oven to maintain a temperature as high as 575F (300 C) or 450F(232C) with steam option, when needed for those special baking application. The PowerMax burner makes the Revolution Oven one of the most economical ovens in the industry today.
  • The oven's thermal insulation is so effective that the oven can be installed at zero clearance against combustible walls.
