The Picard roll-in-rack proofer is an added value to the Revolution Oven!

This proofer will let you save time and money thanks to its glass door and humidification box inside the proofer design. You can install it against a wall or another piece of equipment and this without any condensation. Stainless steel construction, this piece of equipment won’t rust so it will last longer than any other one on the market.
