The LP-200
Our LP-200 pizza oven is a baking stone conveyor oven.
Our stone surface pizza conveyor oven combines the advantages of a pizza conveyor oven (Automation and fast cooking) and a deck or brick oven, cooking directly on stone: Traditional cooking, unique taste and flavour.
To all of this, we added the capability of adjusting the velocity of heated air directed at the food product being baked: our AEROMAX SYSTEM. Also, you are able to adjust the temperature of AEROMAX SYSTEM independently from the stone or baking chamber temperature.
No matter how many pizzas you cook per hour, you will always obtain the same
baking quality without having to hire an experienced operator to cook the pizzas.

Turbo-flex airflow system removes the layers of cool heavy air which tends to encapsulate the products and gives you uniform cooking. You have the capability of adjusting the "Turbo-Flex" airflow velocity of heated air directed at the food products being baked. The airflow temperature can also be adjusted independently from the temperature of the baking stone surface and that of the baking chamber.
Stainless steel exterior makes the oven easy to keep clean.
Side door with window allows the user to see and access food products inside the baking chamber.
